INSAF Center for Rights and Development organized an online training workshop via Google Meet titled “Institutional Development.” The workshop spanned two days and involved the participation of staff members from various departments.
The training was delivered by Ali Sallam, the Programs and Projects Manager at the center. It covered key topics such as the fundamentals of institutional work, its main components, and ways to identify and address institutional weaknesses. The workshop also highlighted the importance of organizational structures, their types, and their role in organizing work and achieving institutional efficiency.
A practical exercise was included in the workshop, allowing department specialists to present the challenges they face in their daily tasks and explore ways to develop and solve them. The exercise involved interactive discussions on these challenges and offered innovative solutions through group discussions and guidance from the trainer.
The training received significant engagement from participants, who expressed their appreciation for the valuable insights and recommendations provided to address institutional challenges.
This workshop is part of a series of training programs that INSAF Center for Rights and Development is keen on organizing to enhance the capabilities of its team and achieve excellence in institutional performance.
