This paper was prepared by the Insaf Center for Rights and Development within the framework of the project “Supporting Awareness and Facilitating and Enhancing the Enforcement of Children’s Rights in the Yemeni Conflict SAFE II,” implemented by the DT Institute in partnership with Yemeni human rights organizations, aiming to unify efforts to protect Yemeni children from serious human rights violations during the armed conflict by promoting local and international recognition of them and facilitating accountability of perpetrators..
