Eman Homaid is the founder and chairperson of the INSAF Center for Defending Freedoms & Minorities. She has worked as an advocate for religious and ethnic minorities in Yemen since 2017. Co-author of the book “Minorities in Yemen, Reality and Challenges”. She previously headed several activities related to supporting development in Yemen, including the “Shabab” Organization. She has also worked with local and international networks to support minorities in Yemen and protect their right to life, political participation, worship and expression.
In a post on its official Facebook page, the British embassy in Yemen praised the Chairperson of INSAF Center, pointing out that Eman Homaid did not shy away from making any effort to achieve victory for mankind and its dignity.
