INSAF Center Implements Psychosocial Support Session for Women in Underserved Areas
May 10, 2025

As part of its ongoing efforts to support vulnerable groups, INSAF Center for Rights and Development, in partnership with DT Institute, conducted a psychosocial awareness session for 15 women aged between 20 and 40 in Sheikh Othman District, Aden Governorate.

The session focused on key topics including mental well-being, the six grave violations against children, and child rights. It aimed to help participants achieve psychological balance, strengthen communication skills, build self-confidence, and encourage both self and community support.

INSAF Center reaffirmed the importance of such initiatives in empowering women and enhancing their role in protecting children’s rights and fostering safe, resilient communities.

This activity is part of a broader series of interventions implemented in collaboration with DT Institute to support affected communities across Yemen.
